The Digital Content Producer (DCP) is responsible for the publishing and maintenance of online content. This role is the gatekeeper, the final touchpoint before content is made. As such, the DCP needs to have a sharp eye and exhibit excellent attention to detail and time management.

Skills

  • Excellent written communication
  • HTML/CSS/JS experience
  • Familiarity with Content Management Systems (Sitecore and .net a plus)
  • Experience with CRM databases (Donor Studio a plus)
  • Experience with Email Marketing and Campaign software (IBM/Silverpop a plus)
  • Experience with analytics software (Google Analytics, Qlik a plus)

Job Responsibilities

  • Website content publishing
    • Updating site content and assisting departments in the execution of website initiatives
    • Manage content for international sites
    • Update product offerings and promotions for e-commerce sites
  • Email content publishing
    • Create automated programs for subscription lists
    • Analyze performance of email campaigns
    • Assist in production of new email and SMS campaigns
  • Assist Digital Content Strategist with editorial planning
  • Other duties and projects as assigned
