The Web Marketing Coordinator supports digital marketing projects, primarily by managing the day-to-day workflows for projects and working across multiple departments. This role demands excellent organizational skills, as well as the ability to interact with multiple stakeholders to take a project from conception to completion.

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Business. Journalism, Communications, Design, or Computer Science preferred)
  • Agency experience a plus
  • Highly organized, process/detail oriented
  • Basic html, CSS experience preferred
  • Writing skills or experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Familiarity with Project Management, CMS and CRM tools a plus
  • Graphic design experience or experience working with graphic designers

Ongoing Job Responsibilities

  • Project management for recurring and ad hoc initiatives
  • Create and submit new jobs, and coordinate with operations to establish milestones
  • Coordinate traffic system process for web marketing projects
  • Define and coordinate creation, revision, and approval workflow
  • Development of promotional schedules for ministry initiatives
  • Create checklists, schedule meetings, and liaise with stakeholders
  • Provide support in the production and maintenance of online content
  • Content editing, auditing, and execution for web, email, and social media
  • Coordinate cross-departmental projects with stakeholders
